Jordyn Woods On Board With Bearcats

It's been just over three weeks since his official visit to Cincinnati. But on Tuesday afternoon, Cartersville (Ga.) three-star defensive back Jordyn Woods was ready.

He announced via social media he's committed to the Bearcats.

Woods chose Cincinnati over scholarship offers from Boston College and Virginia. He officially visited the Eagles on June 7 and did the same with the Cavaliers this past weekend.

Woods was recruited primarily by defensive coordinator Tyson Veidt.

The addition of Woods gives the Bearcats 16 commitments in the 2025 recruiting class. Among those are three other defensive backs, three-stars Jahmari DeLoatch, Patrick Williams and Jermaine Jones.
