Four in Florida today

John Jancek, Dave Johnson, Shannon Morrison, and T.J. Weist are all wrapping up their Evaluation Period travels in Florida today.
Multitudes of Florida offers in the past two months reinforces the notion that Cincinnati anchors its recruitment on the Sunshine State.

Prediction: The UC Class of 2013 will have twice as many FL commits as OH-based commits. Also, Indiana will temporarily cease to be a feeder state.
It is simple math. When you commit four coaches to recruit Florida you will succeed in signing Florida players. The four aforementioned coaches have other states, yes, but Florida has housed them since May Day.
Expect results.
Excellent opportunity
Seeing a recruit compete live in a game setting occurs rarely these days. Since half of Cincinnati's commitments are generally locked up by fall the majority of evaluations are done through DVD's and YouTube.
Friday evening Olympia High battles Orlando Evans High for the Spring Jamboree. Cincinnati coaches have offered Evans WR Dominic Walker and DB James Julius.
Their opponent, Olympia High features RB John Armstrong, DE Ramar Dennis, and OL Shawn Curtis. All three maintain Cincinnati offers with Armstrong the most intrigued.
"This is just a regular game," said Ramar Dennis. "We are playing two different teams. Olympia and Sandalwood. We play them both two quarters each."
Essentially the format is a condensed round-robin.
"I am going to play linebacker tonight," said Dennis.
Syracuse offered him Tuesday giving him ten verbal offers. Illinois, Cincinnati, Syracuse, East Carolina, Temple, Buffalo, Northern Illinois, South Alabama, Western Kentucky, and Tennessee State represent the bunch.
In June Dennis plans to take some more distant visits. Though UC has been dangerously quiet with his recruitment this month Dennis could still make a visit to summon more interest.
"I will probably take unofficial ones, but I don't want to say (where) yet."
