Bearcats now among leaders for Georgia WR after visit

The state of Georgia has become a very important piece of the puzzle in Cincinnati recruiting in recent years. Former recruits on the roster such as Elijah Ponder, Tyquan Statham, and Michael Pitts all coming from the Peach state just this past February show how important Georgia is going forward. Terrill Hall, a WR out of Decatur HS has the chance to be the latest addition to the newfound pipeline created by the coaching staff.

With such a strong presence in the Peach state, including highly-coveted RB commit Jaelen Greene out of Sandy Creek.

Hall, who was on campus earlier this month for the Under the Lights camp, holds early offers from Georgia Southern, Troy, and Appalachian State as well as the Bearcats.

"What really stood out to me about the visit was that everything for athletes is technically in one building, so they don't have to walk all over campus" Hall said when BearcatReport was able to catch up with him following his visit. How does this visit change the status of his recruitment?

"It puts them pretty close to the top" Hall said and added that Troy, and Appalachian State are among the others in that top group.

Hall is yet to place a timetable on a decision, and while it is important to him that he remains close to home, the chance to play for Coach Tuberville and the rest of the UC staff gives him a lot to think about.
