Georgia OLB visits Miss. State practice

One of Georgia's top outside linebacker prospects visited the Mississippi State campus this past weekend.

Collins Hill standout Zachary Davis watched the Bulldogs participate in their first practice in full pads this past Saturday on a two-day visit to Starkville.

"It was a real nice visit," Davis said. "We toured the campus and it was a really nice campus. It was exciting to get to watch them hit (Saturday). It seemed like they had a really good practice and I liked how the coaches did everything."

MSU is one of several schools recruiting the 6-foot-0, 195-pounder from Suwanee. Davis stated that the Bulldogs interest have picked up in recent weeks after they obtained his highlight film.

"I hear from them every so often," Davis said. "I've been hearing more here recently. We sent them some film and after that they started talking to me a little bit more."

So just what does Davis think about State after his weekend visit?
