Cincinnati's 2008 football recruiting class is now finalized, and it included five locals who signed national letters of intent last week. Brian Kelly has said all along that keeping the top local talent in Cincinnati was a priority. The latest local recruit to receive a UC offer is Denicos Allen from Hamilton High School.
