September 12, 2008 - Almost two years ago, hoop fans in the DC/Baltimore corridor were thrilled by an all-star game then in its neophyte year, the Team Philly vs Team Maryland AAU Shootout. After a year's hiatus, something similar has returned to the Capital region next month.
