Homestead (FL) defensive tackle Chavis Akins came to the Jimbo Fisher Football Camp last week hoping to prove himself to the coaching staff. Unfortunately, a knee injury prevented him from competing during multiple sessions. With any chance of a commitment on hold, Akins has plans to prove himself worthy of being a Seminole in the near future.
